VMD 生成 lammps data

1. material_studio 生成 cif 文件，扩胞

2. VESTA，删除镜像原子_delete_bonds，export_data 生成 xyz 文件

3. VMD，管理员运行

topo writelammpsdata *.data atomic          #生成在根目录,extension_TK censole

1. OVITO 检查

VMD生成 RDF lammpstrj native dump id type x y z

1. import molecular

1. 生成盒子

pbc set {}
pbc box

1. extension analysis - RDF

Rerun command - output RDF

运行成功，但计算错误，都为0。不知道是为什么？
